Kuo Testing Laboratories was founded by  Eugene & Judy Kuo in 1993 and currently provides analytical services for a wide array of local, national and international clients. Dr. Kuo, President of KTL, has over thirty years experience in agricultural, industrial and environmental testing and extensive consulting experience in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Laboratory clients include Pacific Northwest farmers and fertilizer dealers; food processors; crop consultants; environmental engineers and scientists; public and private water system owners; government and university researchers; and various heavy and light industries.

KTL maintains certifications from Washington State Departments of Health and Ecology.

The KTL laboratory staff technicians are skilled, well-trained professionals. In addition to Dr. Kuo's Ph.D. in soil chemistry from Oregon State University, KTL's business management staff includes a computer accounting and networking specialist with a B.A. in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
